The customer service is so bad that I would've assumed the business to be a scam had I not known a friend who successfully booked a room with them using points. The website doesn't work for reservations because it tells you there is an error getting rate information, and when you call you stay on hold for :45 minutes.

Never again will I stay at super 8 in fort wayne. That place was NASTY and staff was very rude.

Ramada Mandarin, Jacksonville, Fl has terrible, unprofessional, uncaring management and staff. The property is rated as 3 star online but is closer to a 2 star MOTEL with all exterior rooms.

My fiancé and I checked into the Super 8 at 333 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach, Florida on July 8th, 2016. My name is Steve Fonner...I drive trucks over the road...I am in Albuquerque new Mexico...trying to get in a room at your microtel west location...I have been trying to get in a room since 12 noon...they told me room wasn't ready...so I walked a mile back and forth with my belongings to truck parking across the road...I was told another 1-1 1/2hrs to try back...I go back, and the room is ready! I stayed at a super 8 hotel in Limon, Co. My experience was not good. The building was old and stinks. Service was poor. Employees were rude. That hotel needs to be checked by a super 8 official and re-evaluated immediately.

We recenty stayed at Wyndham in Tulsa OK. The reservation was in the name of Alan Buffington and the dates werer 6/9/2016 - 6/11/2016. Two days in a row we were promised towels and none were delivered. The room was cleaned and dirty towels from Thursday night taken and no new ones left. I've been overcharge even after the final bill was given to me, my credit card doesn't not reflect what the final bill was I'm highly up set and over it! I've talk to customer relations and they've done nothing. I've stayed with them on plenty occasions but this may be the last!
