Checked into hotel on 14 Nov to find two small beds that were sold as "undescribed." Assured that the beds were large enough to accommodate two adults and two kids. We walked in to find two very hard, steps above a twin, very cluster room with beds. I immediately contacted the front desk to speak with manager " Mike". He was very unconcerned and unwavering in his tone and resoultion to help, ... Read more

In 2008 we had the same problem. We went to a presentation for the free tickets. We said no several times, but they kept upping the ante. Finally my husband said ok. The whole problem is my husband was on Chemo for leukemia. He still had a round to go when we returned home. Wyndham reps knew this as this was the first thing I told them. Thinking that they would stop talking to him. Wrong! He was... Read more

I used to love this company. I worked for them 3 years. I have a severely mentally ill son at home And due to the fact he was a harm to himself...sometimes was late...and had to call out ahead of time. I was written up for each of these times even though I had paperwork proving the emergency....I was terminated.all health benefits and programs my son was in...stripped from him. Long story....but... Hi All, I am very frustrated with this Company. They are really trying to make quick bucks by luring innocent people into buying timeshares which are barely available. Last Year Dec 2013 me and my wife attended a time share presentation and my wife was not too comfortable however I trusted the Sales folks and thought may be I should give it a try. I was offered the discovery program as a trial... Read more

I had problems paying my maintenance fee and then had a conflict with the company, so did not pay maintenance fees for 18 months. I decided to deal with a service rep who called so I would not lose the deeds I and my parents had paid for since 1988. Got paid up so I could use the timeshares again, but was reluctant to go on auto pay since that is what started the problem in the first place. I... Read more

One night, I was unexpectantly stuck in a snowstorm in Durango, Co. It was about 10:00pm. I needed a room. I saw a Super 8 motel with a "vacancy" sign outside. I went to the front desk and confirmed that there was a room available. The desk clerk said that he could not offer me the room using my rewards points, and that I would need to call in the reservation on the toll free number. Ok. ... Read more

I have also been lied to and pressured into buying a small package to get so called extras that were not available to Canadian Citizens/Residents. My page explains all. I am a disabled veteran from the Vietnam War and hate, I mean HATE to be lied to and duped out of my pension through BS sales practices. I hope to see... Read more

We signed on for a timeshare presentation in Las Vegas because we were PROMISED tickets to Donny and Marie, and these were confirmed by telephone by the carnival barker at the sign up kiosk before ever agreeing to anything. We were ASSURED and PROMISED that we would receive these tickets in exchange for enduring a TWO HOUR presentation. What was not explained was that we had to be shuttled to... Read more

Once we decided to not to purchase a deal for 24K (which found out they were offering a much lower price to another couple who were standing behind us), we were told to go to the receptionist to get our complimentary gift certificate. We stood there for about 20 minutes with one lady helping. While we were waiting we saw that the sales person escorted a pair and brought infront of us and told to... Read more

I am a very disappointed Wyndham owner of 13 years and wish I had never bought into the company. Since nothing is ever done by customer service supervisors when I share legitimate complaints, here they are: 1. Beware of going anywhere other than a Wyndham resort with your points. I went to El Cid using my points, and when I told Wyndham I had been sexually harassed and scammed out of $15,000... Read more
