I think it's was ridiculous to have to pay for breakfast here!! For the amount of money for this room at any other hotel breakfast would be free!! I will not be returning to any Wyndham hotels!! Very dissatisfied!!! Add comment

The phone number for reservations gives you a foreign agency that tries to sell you memberships etc The biggest thing though is I asked for a reservation for a specific town. Was told they were full but there was a room in a town "only 7 miles away" from there. So we booked it. Then got off the phone and looked at the map. It was actually 189 miles south! Poor experience, dirty bathrooms and over priced small rooms in an old cramped hotel that disappoints. Too many other great choices on the beach. Food just ok, no entertainment to speak of, everything happens at the other hotels. Staff even complained about the owners wife being like Leona Helmsly, demeaning to everyone. We booked TWO rooms with two beds through Priceline, go an email confirmation, called Wyndham and confirmed our two rooms, drove 3 hours to Wyndham to be told that we were only booked for one room even though our email said TWO!! Granddaddy spider on roof of bathroom with spider webs on light fixture. Wood piece over eye peephole on door. dead electric outlet, left bedlight would not come on. Days Inn London, Ky has turned me off to any of your hotels. Water fixtures at sink not cleaned in years. Parking lot not safe. Okay to have pets no where to go. Many things have happened. I.e, putting us up in a hotel where our room's toilet overflowed and they expected us to stay there, I called, and Wyndham did a nice thing and gave us a suite at a GORGEOUS hotel. I stayed in theWyndham GardenBarone Plaza in New Orleans July 2nd. The room had a strong odor and air did not work properly. Room never got below 75 deg. I brought home bedbugs from the Super 8 hotel (Wyndham group) June 21, 2015 and have not yet received a phone call, an apology, a credit or ANYTHING! Booked a non smoking suite as my daughter has asthma and my husband is on oxygen..got there and my room was given away..given a room that was smoking..my daughter needed medical assistance...had massive dirt everywhere as well as bugs..night manager wouldn't refund my money..I've taken photos of the disgusting room Add comment
