Our adventure started at 11am on Saturday, April 23rd. My family and I pulled up to the Baymont Inn & Suites in Pearl, Mississippi hoping to be able to get into our room a little earlier then expected to get ready for a wedding. We were greeted at the front desk by a toothless concierge wearing a dirty low cut t-shirt that exposed her chest tattoos. No hot water for 12 hrs also water completely shut off for 10 hrs this is not healthy could not shower or use bathroom all day Add comment

I stayed at Days inn in Bristol virginia on friday april 8-10 CHECKED out om monday!! My room was not asked to be cleaned not once nor was it cleaned!!! Only got 2 towels the whole stay. Then go to look and my white comforter was stained or just dirty with blue,green,pink,red,yellow and black everywhere!! Other bed stained pillow cases and sheet wouldnt stay on bed!! My Husband and I stayed at the Ramada Inn KCI Airport - Platte City, Missouri on April 8th and 9th. It was a bad experience. We had ants crawling on carpet, in our bed and centipedes along the floor in the room. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to customers. We were with other family members that stayed in another room down the hall and they were experiencing problems also. My husband and I have been staying at this particular Days Inn for months on the weekends. When we have had issues the manager and Wendy were there to assist in our concerns. Which the only concerns were bugs, police harassment and the comforters and blankets are NEVER washed. The manager and Wendy are always helpful. BUT this time I complained of ants in my food in the microwave...NOTHING...when I called corporate I was harassed on the issue if I wanted to file a complaint while staying in the room. You absolutely must know what questions to ask or you will not have a clue what you are getting. We came here expecting to be able to use the kitchen. It is no better than a motel kitchen (well, a little better - there is a stove top). The fridge is a joke - tiny like a motel. We planned to buy food and cook but it is impossible with this fridge - no freezer. The bathroom has nothing to hang clothes on so you have them in the bathroom when you dry off after your shower. There is one plug in in the bathroom so be prepared to find outlets... Read more

I had a bad experience with the Ramada Inn in Del Rio TX. The desk clerk was neither helpful nor pleasant! Complained twice about not having phone access and was told maintenance would come but they didn't. Then we go to the hotel restaurant and the food was cold and swimming in grease. My husband woke up sick in the night from the disgusting food. We tried to complain about the awful food but the waitress didn't speak English and couldn't have cared less. My wife and I were deceived out of $25000 by a Wyndham Salesman. After contacting the Wyndham Customer Service Relations our claim was reviewed and basically told that nothing was going to be done and nothing else would be done. We were deceived by the Salesperson on two different trips and will not be deceived again. The tactics by the Wyndham Sales Representatives are illegal and been turn over to our lawyers , Castle Law Group for further action.
