I checked into my room on the 21st of September the desk clerk told me they where out of washcloths and they would bring me some later, the room was dirty and smelled bad they still had dirty towels in the bathroom, and the floors had not been washed or swept, it is now the 24th of September I still have not seen a house keeper or do I have any washcloths I went to the front desk and they told me they had none to give out I then went to the... We stayed at a Howard Johnson in beckley wv and the room was so dirty no one care about it. Here are some pics. The bedspread had burn holes in it also so did the blanket.

Horrendous! We stayed at the Days Inn last vacation near the convention center and it was great. So we tried this one which is closer to Disneyland this trip. MISTAKE. First - they had half of their parking lot blocked so even though we are handicapped and have a handicapped accessible room, there was no parking anywhere near our room. We have been reward members for over a year now, abd its been a joke this far. We have been verbalky assaulted by properties,nothing done,filed conplaints,nothing done,paid for and over charged anf nothing done,slept in our vehicle because nobody could find our reservations,been absolutely humilated by attendants and nothing done. We were there for 3 days and decided to take a tour of their property, big mistake. The sales person name Maria treated us so poorly, she asked 2 minutes into the conversation if we would buy that day, we told her to show us the property and we needed to see what they had to offer first and specified it was all about the numbers. once we looked at the big picture we told her we needed more time to think about buying a timeshare there. Silver owner. We decided to take a impromptu trip to VA Beach. I booked through travel and asked for a pet friendly hotel. We're at the Wyndham North Oceanside. Upon arrival, there was an additional $25 per night pet fee and a $40 per night upgrade to a pet room. Douglas in registration did not inform me of this. I called him back to inquire to why I felt like he set me up. He stated that he didn't know about the pet fee nor the upgrade charges.... Read more

Wyndham Hotels And Resorts Room Review from Norcross, Georgia

The Wyndham Garden Hotel in Boise, Idaho was very disappointing and dirty. Housekeeping definitely did not clean the room. The carpet had crumbs, nuts and sunflower seeds. And just felt dirty. Bathroom had a trail of ants and tile was dirty. Room # 224 was definitely not ready for guest but I was too tired to complain until the next day after flying for 8 hours. Read more

I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to use rewards points today. I spoke to Wyndham customer service, Rewards customer service, Corporate customer service, and each department supervisor trying to redeem my rewards and book a stay at Daytona Beach. The conclusion finally reached was I can not use my rewards points because the motels do not have the rewards in their computer system and no one can change that. Each department support person... I stayed at the Wyndham in Lexington sc August 3rd of this year. Horrible experience, the sofa in the room had blood on it stains all over the floor and when I complained staff did nothing
