After not traveling with Wyndham Hotels for 18 months they take it upon themselves to place a hold on my account without notifying or asking me if I would like my account to remain active.
Upon trying to schedule a stay with La Quinta via Wyndham Hotels online, I couldn't get my password reset, and absolutely zero zip nothing worked for me online,. To make matters worse the end of day prevented me from contacting a live customer service rep.
Called today and finally was able to find out that the account policy deactivated my account. Do not use this company or it's horrible website!

I have called the general manager 9 times! No return of calls .now each time I call they put me on hold and NEVER COME BACK ON LINE . Their customer service is as poor as their facility!

Wyndham did something with their site and it locked me out of my account. I've been trying to get it fixed but for some reason they chose to delete my account.

I've been trying to get into the new account with no luck. I've continuously informed them about these problems. They have put in zero effort to help me with any requests I've made. I'm a long time member of wyndham.

I had accumulated a ton of points to where I could have had quite a few free stays, but they deleted my account and won't help me to gain access to the new one and transfer my points from my original account. I've sent over 25 email requests for support and spent over 7 hours on the phone trying to resolve these issues, all for nothing. I've finally gave up.

They used to have excellent customer support. Not sure what changed but they went from excellent to beyond horrible.

Facility had drug dealers and *** in the parking lot.. elevator was filthy with urine on the floor, room lock would not work. No vending machine on property.. was told to walk to nearby store across the street, Did not stay can’t imagine why Wyndham would allow such a horrible place…..looks like a huge liability! Customers are not SAFE

The Carthage hotel took money from my card again without my permission. This time it was $200. All the breakfast food except for the waffles and cereal are inedible. There is a leak under the sink.

I was at the Hawthorne in Mason Cincinnati when I felt an itch on my arm.
When I looked down I found a baby bedbug with fresh blood, my blood, in it.
Immediately gathered my things and notified the front desk then checked out.
I was instructed to call the manager the next day for a refund.
After several attempts to reach the manager I gave up and called cooperate. They said to wait for an email. the email i recieved notified me of the hotel getting exterminated. N0 refund or compensation. So I called again and they said they emailed the manager so he would contact me immediately.
That was 2 days ago.
Its been almost a month and I still have no resolution.
