We checked in 5/19/2017 at 11pm at the 3223 Lincoln Ave South Bend IN and knew right away it was a mistake but had been on the road for 18hrs and were beat. As soon as we got to the room it was evident that this was not a safe nor clean place.
Shady folks in the parking lot and filth. Upon entering the room we were met by a bad odor, holes in the walls, mold, TV not working (not like we were staying and needed it). Booked online but pictures were of a different motel. Also found a spoon under the bed with burn marks on bottom and white powder inside - crack heads!
Online One Travel said I would be refunded but could not find an alternative at that hour. Was able to find a beautiful new Motel 6 for less $.
A women of the evening smirked as we left and said "have a nice night" as we gladly pulled out 15 minutes after arriving. Wyndham - you should be ashamed!
