Lets see we booked online for this hotel for 12-31-16. When we arrived they had stated that they were over booked and that they would have to find us a room.

We ordered a king room, but ended up getting a double bed room. when we entered the room we noticed something on the bed skirt that I don't want to even know what it was. The tv in the room only worked on one channel. This was reported to the front desk and no one came to fix.

The smoke detector was beeping from low battery also reported that no one came to fix. The bath room had black mold in the shower, tiles falling off the walls, safety bar barely hanging in the bath tub area, toilet when sat on leaned way to the right and was unleveled, black mold behind the sink facet, drain was broken on the top and just laying there, towel rack was about to fall out of the wall. The pop machine did not work any throughout the hotel.

After speaking to the front desk they pretty much told us that nothing could be done and would have to contact the manager a Samit Patel. I tried calling him multiple times but he never takes calls.
