By far, this was the the most horrible hotel stay I have ever experienced. The rooms were dirty.

Hair all over the bathroom floor, the bathtub and toilet were not cleaned. The carpets were stained and dirty. Houskeeping remained substandard for the duration of my stay even after I complained to the hotel attendant who said it would be taken care of after she contacted the housekeeping manager. It seems to my that Wyndham is more concerened with getting and keeping customers' money than providing excellent customer service.

I will neve stay at another wyndham hotel.

This kind of service really is shameful, and their policy for customer complaints is disgraceful. It seems it is structured so as to prevent customers from receiving a refund, even when one is fully in order.
